About Hillcrest
Hillcrest is an innerwear label selling directly to customers in India. We make everyday essentials — briefs, trunks, vests and boxers for men, and panties and camisoles for women — and sell them from this site rather than through a marketplace.
The range is deliberately narrow. We would rather get a small number of everyday garments right than carry a catalogue we cannot stand behind.
What we make
The catalogue is everyday innerwear: men’s briefs, trunks, trunks with a pocket, vests and boxers, and women’s panties and camisoles. Each product is sold in the colours and sizes we actually hold, and a size that is out of stock is shown as out of stock rather than quietly accepted at checkout.
Fibre composition is printed on each individual product page rather than claimed across the site. It is a statutory disclosure for textiles in India, it differs between garments, and a single site-wide claim would be wrong for some of them. If a product page does not yet list its composition, that field has not been authored — we would rather show nothing than show something untrue.
Designed and made in India
Hillcrest garments are designed and manufactured in India, and every order ships from India. Prices on this site are in Indian rupees, and a GST invoice is issued for each completed purchase.
How buying from us works
Shipping is a flat ₹60 on every order, whatever the size of the basket. There is no free-shipping threshold and no per-item shipping charge, because a single rate is easier to state honestly than a set of tiers.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on eligible items — the full conditions, including what cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, are set out in the return policy.
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Card numbers, UPI IDs and bank details are entered in Razorpay’s own payment window and never reach this site’s servers. We store only the Razorpay order and payment references needed to reconcile and refund an order.
Wholesale and retail partners
We supply retailers in bulk alongside the direct storefront. Wholesale terms and a rate card are handled case by case through the wholesale enquiry form rather than published as a fixed price list.
Who runs this site
The storefront is operated from India under the trading name Hillcrest. The registered entity, its contact details and the grievance officer appointed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 are published on the contact page and in the privacy policy.
