3. Order Placement and Confirmation

  • An order placed on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
  • Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Hillcrest. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if the product is unavailable or if there is a pricing error.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect details.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service.
  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets as offered by Razorpay at the time of checkout.
  • All transactions are in INR. We do not accept foreign currency payments.
  • In the event of a failed payment where an amount has been debited, it will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control including public holidays, weather, and courier delays.
  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including the Hillcrest brand name, logo, product photographs, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of Hillcrest and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
